Miles has conducted investigations around the globe during criminal and bankruptcy proceedings and presented to regulators, including the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He also has significant experience in assisting clients with the design, implementation and monitoring of ethics and compliance programs, forensic data analytics platforms, third-party due diligence and compliance audits, risk assessments and anti-corruption monitoring.
