Mitch is a partner with Ernst & Young LLP in the Financial Services Organization’s Wealth & Asset Management Tax practice. He has more than 30 years of proven experience advising clients on US tax planning and compliance, strategic transactions, tax risk management and tax and finance transformation initiatives.
Before joining the EY organization, Mitch was a managing director at a large investment bank, where he led the asset management tax function and oversaw tax compliance and advisory matters for the bank.
Mitch has a BA in Business Economics and Accounting from the State University of New York College at Oneonta and a JD from Fordham University School of Law.
