Muqtadar leads the EY-Parthenon US Banking and Capital Markets Strategy & Execution practice. He has spent more than 20 years advising banks and credit union board members and executives on growth, competition, partnership ecosystems, innovation, corporate venture capital and transformation. His work spans the full deal lifecycle, growth and M&A strategy, M&A readiness, diligence, merger integration and Legal Day 1 readiness, partnerships, new ventures, divestitures, acquisitions and restructuring. He has advised systemically important global banks, regional and community banks, credit unions and other clients in the financial services sector.
Over the last five years, he has played a lead role in several FDIC-assisted deals, guiding bank leaders from the first strategic conversation through close. Before joining Ernst & Young LLP in 2011, Muqtadar worked for a member-owned financial services company serving the US military and veterans.
He received an MBA from Cornell University and a BS in Computer Science from University of Texas at Austin.
