Natasha is a managing director in Forensics & Integrity Services with a focus on investigations and compliance.
She has extensive regulatory investigations and enforcement experience, having spent 16 years in public service at the SEC. Natasha served as a senior officer and Chief Counsel of Accountancy, having previously provided authoritative legal advice from the Office of General Counsel to SEC enforcement staff and commissioners on all aspects of enforcement recommendations. Earlier in her public service career, Natasha served as a front-line investigator and litigation counsel.
Natasha began her career as a corporate litigator at a leading New York City law firm, representing public company and financial services clients in securities class actions, bankruptcy disputes, environmental actions and federal regulatory investigations.
Natasha earned a JD at Fordham University School of Law, a PhD in Philosophy at McGill University and a BA from the University of Alberta.
