Nitin is a leader in the EY-Parthenon Value Creation practice with a focus on private equity firms and their portfolio companies and the industrials sector. Nitin has more than 20 years of experience in industry and management consulting, focusing on operational improvements, transactions and transformations. Prior to joining EY-Parthenon, he worked for a strategy consulting firm, advising Fortune 500 clients, and at Industrial corporations.
Nitin’s work has spanned multiple sectors including diversified industrials, chemicals, automotive, consumer goods, food and beverages, and technology. He brings functional depth to supply chain and operations, SG&A optimization, procurement, network design, manufacturing productivity and operating models. He also leads the EY-Parthenon team's buy-side carveout capability serving private equity firms.
Nitin earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s (Chapel Hill) Kenan-Flagler Business School and holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur.
