Phillip Andriyevsky

As the EY Americas AI and Data Leader for Financial Services, Phil drives go-to-market strategy, revenue growth, team scaling and upskilling, partnerships, and AI/data product development, while serving the market’s most strategic initiatives.

Phil shapes business strategy by driving revenue, fostering partnerships, identifying acquisition opportunities and managing operations. He leads a global team of consultants, overseeing the end-to-end agenda for chief data officer and chief technology officer, including data strategy, engineering, product management, and AI enablement/deployment at scale.

Previously, Phil incubated the EY AI and data business for wealth and asset management. Through his experience in services like data strategy, modernization, regulatory reporting managed services, data operations and AI engineering, Phil has established himself as an industry leader across sales and marketing, the middle office, operations, finance and compliance. 

Phil holds a BS in Finance and Information Systems Management from the University at Albany.

Phil leads EY veteran integration initiatives for Financial Services. For more than a decade, he has sponsored Pat’s Run, a signature fundraiser for the Pat Tillman Foundation that provides scholarships at academic institutions for veterans, active service members and their spouses, helping them achieve their educational goals and transition successfully into civilian life.
