As Managing Partner of the EY San Francisco office, Phillip is dedicated to cultivating high-performing teams, developing talent and elevating client service, all while driving meaningful social impact in local communities. He extends his leadership as the Pacific North Growth Markets Leader, where he is responsible for guiding and representing nationally office managing partners from San Jose, San Mateo, Seattle, Salt Lake City, Portland and Sacramento in advancing EY strategic goals.

A CPA with an MBA from Michigan State and executive training from Harvard, Oxford's Saïd Business School, and INSEAD, Phillip champions values-driven leadership, diversity and inclusion. He mentors young leaders and entrepreneurs, contributed to programs like Entrepreneur Of The Year® and supports regional economic and social progress as a Bay Area Council Executive Committee member.
