Puneet is a senior director in the Strategy and Transactions practice of EY-Parthenon. He is a seasoned professional with more than 15 years of deep operational and consulting experience in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, focusing on the technology, life sciences and manufacturing sectors.
His experience and engagements span across strategy, diligence, M&A, technology, and digital transformations, as well as in pre-sign and post-close settings. He has extensive experience managing both buy-side and sell-side transactions, with a focus on helping clients with value creation efforts and achieving increased effectiveness to support target operating models.
Prior to joining the firm, Puneet worked with another consulting firm and several leading semiconductor design companies. He has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a master’s degree in VLSI and Embedded Systems. He also holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
