Ralph is a principal in Ernst & Young LLP’s New York office and leads the Indirect Transaction Tax practice. He has more than 18 years of transaction tax experience serving private equity and strategic buyers in a variety of industries, including life sciences, retail and consumer products, financial services, real estate, and media and entertainment.
Ralph’s transaction tax experience includes tax due diligence for both income and non-income taxes, tax structuring, and post-closing transaction integration.
Ralph received a BBA in Accounting from Northwood University, a JD from Michigan State University College of Law, and an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law. Ralph is a licensed attorney and a member of the New York State Bar.
