Richard Tuosto is a managing director in the Financial Services Risk Management practice of Ernst & Young LLP, specializing in regulatory capital and broader capital management. He supports clients from the largest global systemically important banks (G-SIBs) to smaller regional banks in thinking through their most complicated problems. He has worked in both industry and consulting during his over 20 year career and looks to bring practical, actionable insight to his clients. Rich has a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson School.
