Rohith is a technology-focused principal in Strategy and Execution at EY-Parthenon. Based in San Francisco, he brings 15 years of experience advising companies and their senior leadership on a host of topics across their M&A and strategic growth agendas. This includes the full life cycle of a deal from commercial diligence, portfolio analysis and target selection to operational excellence, value creation, merger integration and carve-out planning.

Before joining EY-Parthenon, Rohith served at another leading global consulting firm, focused on corporate strategy and operations. Prior to that, he completed leadership development rotational programs at two large multinational corporations, where he gained multidisciplinary experience in strategy, finance and business development.

Rohith has an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Finance as well as a BS in Economics from Purdue University, where he was a 3+2 Academic Scholar.
