As the leader of the Experience Management practice for the EY—Adobe Alliance, Salima collaborates across the organization to bring a rich combination of strategy, design and transformation to improve personalized experiences for clients.

She has more than 15 years of experience helping global brands transform their MarTech stacks to drive efficiency and growth.

In prior roles, Salima was responsible for technology implementation in areas such as e-commerce, content management and marketing technology for a large digital consulting agency. Over the course of her career, she has worked across the full spectrum of sectors, including life sciences, financial services, consumer and health.

Salima holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University.
