Sandra is the EY US-West Assurance Managing Partner, leading 3,500 professionals from 18 states.
Sandra has over 20 years of experience in internal audit and public accounting, serving clients ranging from multinational public organizations to smaller high-growth companies. She has experience with SEC registration statements, regulatory filings and other complex accounting and financial reporting issues.
Sandra previously led the people strategy for the EY US Assurance practice, which included attracting and developing talent. As a former leader for the EY Professional Women’s Network and Latino Professional Network, she develops and mentors female and Latino professionals and allies.
Sandra graduated from Texas A&M University. She is a member of the Texas State Society of CPAs and the AICPA. Sandra serves as a board member for the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston, Junior Achievement of Southeast Texas and the National Organization of Parents of Blind Children.
