Sara is a principal in the EY Strategy and Transactions practice, specializing in corporate real estate. Her focus areas include transaction services (M&A and divestitures), value creation and workplace strategy. Sara helps her clients achieve synergies during M&A events and optimize real estate during corporate transformations.

Sara received her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and her MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
