How Sarah is building a better working world
Every day, I try to be the inclusive leader that I want to see in the world: devoted to diversity and equity, vulnerable and open, and above all, trustworthy. I believe it is my responsibility to model these values and to promote them with my team, my clients and my community. I may not always get it right, but I own up to my mistakes and encourage others to do the same.
