Stephanie Tanguay is an Managing Director with the Global Tax Investing Services team. She currently leads the Global Withholding Tax Reporter (GWTR) team, which provides detailed withholding tax rate and procedural information for portfolio investors. Additionally, Stephanie contributes to the Rapid Security Analyzer and Rapid Reclaim Analyzer tools, as well as large foreign withholding tax projects.

Stephanie has over 25 years of industry experience, primarily focused on foreign withholding tax issues, including withholding tax rates on portfolio income, double taxation treaty issues, foreign withholding tax documentation, tax reclamation and capital gains amongst other areas.

Before her tenure with the GWTR team, Stephanie worked with a large global custodian, where her primary role involved assisting clients with various foreign withholding and tax reclamation issues. In that role, she also participated in industry committees focused on withholding tax issues.

Stephanie is an alumnus of Merrimack College, where she earned her BS in Business Administration.
