Tania leads technology enablement for the Regulatory Compliance solution, focusing on commercial markets. Previously, she developed the EY Global GRC maturity methodology and led the Risk Transformation and Enterprise Risk practices in the US-East.
Her sector experience includes compliance, risk management and governance projects across life sciences, power and utilities, retail and consumer products, and aviation. Tania has worked with client stakeholders across enterprise, IT and cyber programs.
Tania has set GRC strategy at eight Fortune 100 companies, developing specific technology-enabled programs for regulatory compliance, obligation management, policy management, issues management, CAPA, control libraries, cloud control strategy, IT controls, cyber controls, cyber risk management, enterprise risk management and third-party risk management.
Tania holds a BS in Accounting from State University of New York at Albany and an MBA from Columbia Business School. She has CRISC, CGEIT and CISA certifications.
