How Tayler is shaping the future with confidence
Over a quarter of the US workforce is employed in retail, and more than 80% of adults still shop in‑store weekly — underscoring the sector’s scale, resilience and human intensity.
Tayler is shaping the future with confidence by developing operating models that deliver compelling working experiences for frontline retail workers and a differentiated brand discovery and purchase journey for consumers — while navigating rising competition and sustained cost pressure.
