Whether you are an undergraduate, MBA or advanced-degree student, our summer and winter internships and student programs provide experiences, relationships and learning and development opportunities to help launch your EY career.
  • Service line internship

    How can what you learn transform who you become? As a service line intern, you'll gain exposure to our business and our world-class clients. Under the guidance and coaching of our professionals, you’ll experience working on projects such as conducting internal control reviews on an audit, helping perform tax planning or even building a bot to help one of our teams work more efficiently.

    You’ll also hone important skills, such as presenting and networking, while also learning about how to care for your physical, emotional, social and financial well-being. Throughout your internship, you’ll receive regular feedback, guidance and coaching from our professionals to help you develop the skills you need to succeed.

  • Launch internship

    What if you could personalize your internship like you do your playlists? The Launch Internship is an immersive, rotational experience that will help you build the foundation for a career in professional services.

    You’ll hone the skills and technical competencies that will contribute most to your professional advancement, beginning with the National Launch Training, which will introduce you to our business and provide exposure to our culture. Then, you’ll gain valuable experience working on projects alongside professionals from each of our service lines and across a variety of industries. Along the way, you’ll discover the tools, culture and opportunities to help you personalize your internship journey so that it’s as unique as you are. Throughout your Launch Internship you will have access to an extensive support network that will guide you every step of the way, including receiving ongoing feedback that fuels meaningful dialogue about your development and performance. Best of all, you’ll develop the skill sets and mindsets needed to become the transformative leader that the world needs.

    Students affiliated with organizations committed to racial diversity and inclusiveness for underrepresented groups (for example:  National Association of Black Accountants (NABA), Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA), the Hispanic Business Students Association (HBSA), National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE), and similar organizations) are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Expedition EY

    Expedition EY is an interactive, gamified, virtual experience that brings you together with a diverse group of peers from across the US to explore career opportunities in professional services. Together, you’ll learn about the work we do and how to build the transformative mindsets and tech skill sets to thrive in your career. Throughout your expedition, you’ll have the flexibility to select and complete on-demand learnings on topics such as virtual interviewing, enhancing your presentation skills, and practicing mindfulness. You’ll also accomplish skills-based tasks leveraging the latest technologies, such as machine learning and predictive analytics. As you select your personalized learning and development sessions, you’ll also unlock additional experiences, such as team-building exercises and optional live sessions with EY professionals. With each unlocked experience comes an opportunity to earn points and gain access to scholarship funds to help you persist in your academic career. And, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to grow your professional network along the way.

This program is open to students three or more years away from graduation who intend to pursue a degree in one of the following majors: Accounting, Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Technology, Computer Science, or a related subject.

    We’re committed to creating an exceptional candidate experience that makes sure you feel engaged with us throughout your onboarding journey and are prepared to build a successful EY career from the moment you join us full time. Our EY Prep for Success app and virtual event series was created with your learning and development in mind. You’ll hear from experienced EY professionals on how to thrive and excel as a new hire, while gaining further foundational knowledge of our business.

  • EY Women in Technology

    To close the gender gap and help drive inclusive growth, the Transformative Age needs more women to become shapers of our digital future. Our EY Women in Technology Conference offers female students studying STEM a unique, interactive experience. This includes hearing from EY women leaders about their experiences incorporating new technologies into work, networking opportunities, skills workshops and an opportunity to apply early for an EY internship and/or full-time position across our service lines.   • EY Women in Audit

    Women in Audit is a program focused on attracting students to the audit profession at EY. Participants will hear EY female audit leaders share their career journeys and expertise, utilize our digital audit tools to explore how technology and innovation are enhancing the work we do for our clients, and gain exposure to EY’s sector expertise, specifically our financial services industries.

  • Digital Ambassador Program

    This program immerses participants in new technologies, teaching them to tell a story with data and become more fluent in leading-edge analytics capabilities. Participants visit one of our wavespace™ locations and work alongside teams to develop a digital approach for a current business challenge. This program is open to all accepted Audit interns and includes a formal application process.

  • EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year - United States

    The EY Corporate Finance Woman of the Year competition recognizes talented young women with the potential to join our diverse and purpose-driven teams in Strategy and Transactions. We’re looking for women from varying backgrounds who want to make an impact and share ideas to help clients navigate complexity and build a better working world.

  • EY Young Tax Professional of the Year

    EY Young Tax Professional of the Year (YTPY) is an EY-hosted competition that gives students a special opportunity to showcase a range of tax, legal and general business knowledge, as well as analytical and presentation skills, through a multi-step case-study challenge. The first step is the US competition. The US winner advances to the Global YTPY competition, which offers opportunities to network and compete with other high performers from more than 30 countries around the world. Applicants must be enrolled in a US university or law school (in-person or online) at the time of application, preferably in the final year of a degree program in a Master of Science in Taxation or a related area of study, Tax LLM or Juris Doctorate.   • Better Working World Data Challenge

    Don’t just predict the future. Join the Better Working World Data Challenge and use your tech skills to build a better one.

  • EY Consulting Elevate

    A pre-MBA diversity leadership series for students to engage in virtual and in-person programming, hear from influential leaders within Consulting, develop skills, and learn how to successfully launch a career in consulting.

    This program is an opportunity for students in their 1st year of a MBA program who self-identify as female, Black, Latinx or Native American).
