When is Strategic Growth Forum 2026?
The Forum will take place November 16-19, 2026 in Palm Springs, California.
Is this event open to the public?
No. The Forum is an invitation-only event designed for CEOs, entrepreneurs and C‑suite leaders from global enterprises. Attendance is by invitation only and extended by an EY member firm partner or team.
Is attendance limited?
Yes. Attendance is limited to help foster meaningful connections, candid conversations and high-value engagement.
How do I register?
When you receive your official invitation from the Strategic Growth Forum registration team, register using the link in your email.
When will registration be available?
Registration will open in early July and close October 30, 2026.
What is the fee to attend?
Registration fees are $3,495 (Forum only) or $3,995 (Forum plus the Entrepreneur Of The Year awards celebration) through September 30. Beginning October 1, fees increase to $3,995 and $4,495, respectively. Select alumni from our entrepreneurial programs may receive a $500 discount off published rates.
Can I transfer my registration to another attendee?
Invitations are non-transferable to another executive. Any exception requires EY leadership approval. Please contact the individual who invited you with any questions regarding your registration.
Can I bring a guest?
Each registrant may bring a spouse, domestic partner or spousal equivalent with double occupancy in your sleeping room at the hotel. You can add your guest during registration. Other members of your leadership team are not eligible to attend as guests and must be approved to receive their own invitation to register.
What is the event cancellation policy?
There is a $500 cancellation fee beginning October 1. No registration fees will be refunded after October 30.
Does the registration fee include hotel and/or airfare?
No. Attendees are responsible for all lodging and travel costs. Accommodations will be secured through the Forum registration process.
What is the hotel cancellation policy?
Please cancel or modify your booking at least three days (72 hours) before arrival to avoid a one-night charge per hotel policy.
No. Due to the size of the Forum and the variety of attendee arrival schedules, airport transfers are not coordinated by EY. Taxis and rideshare services are readily available at all area airports.
What can I expect from the program?
The Forum accelerates business growth by providing access to networking with peers and leaders, curated experiences and learning opportunities.
When are content sessions?
All content programming, including plenary sessions, workshops, breakouts and more, will take place November 17–19, 2026.
Will I be able to schedule sessions in advance?
Yes. A few weeks ahead of the Forum, attendees will be able to register for workshop sessions and begin scheduling 1:1 meetings through the event app or in partnership with their EY host.
Where can I find the speaker lineup?
The speaker lineup can be found on the Speaker page of the Forum website and in the event app. Updates begin in July and continue on a rolling basis.
What is the dress code?
Business casual is recommended during the day Monday through Wednesday, with a more relaxed approach on Thursday morning. Evenings are more casual, with comfortable footwear recommended, as evening events Monday through Wednesday take place outdoors on grass. Specific guidance by day:
Monday: Comfortable evening attire for the Welcome to Palm Springs dinner and entertainment.
Tuesday: Themed dinner and entertainment (theme to be announced); costumes encouraged.
Wednesday: Casual attire for the evening concert.
Thursday: Relaxed daytime attire, ideal for those teeing off in the afternoon. For the evening awards celebration, formal cocktail or black-tie attire is recommended.
