Anila is a Venture Lead at the EY Foundry, a corporate venturing unit created to drive transformational growth by building or acquiring new digital ventures. Anila is responsible for leading the strategy and execution for ventures in the Foundry portfolio.
Her areas of knowledge include business strategy, new business launches, product strategy and development, P&L management and building and leading cross-functional teams.
Prior to joining the firm, Anila was a two-time founder of digital startups in the senior care space. Her other roles span management consulting, fund of funds investing and investment banking at The Boston Consulting Group, Northleaf Capital Partners and Goldman Sachs, respectively.
