Anita serves as the Lead EY US Governing Board Member and a member of the EY Global Governance Council. As an audit partner in the Ernst & Young LLP Assurance practice, she is responsible for the integrated audits of some of the firm’s largest clients. Anita is known for her client service and forward-thinking attitude, bringing balance and perspective to tough judgment calls.

In her EY career, Anita has served as the Tulsa Office Managing Partner, the Oklahoma/North Texas Energy Assurance Leader and on the EY Americas Assurance Practice Quality Control Committee.

Anita believes deeply in giving back through involvement in civic and charitable organizations. She is serving a seven-year, governor-appointed term on the Board of Regents for the University of Oklahoma, where she is board Chair.

Anita holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, summa cum laude, from East Central University. She is a certified public accountant.
