Charley is a leader in the North America Digital and Emerging Technologies practice. He helps companies better understand and engage their customers through digital data and analytics. He has over 20 years of experience in the media, technology, retail, and advertising industries, and he holds a BA from Wabash College, and a Master’s in Human-Centered Design from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
