Chris is a principal in EY Studio+, where he leads Front Office Strategy & Growth. He helps clients open new revenue and reignite growth in existing products and services.
He works with C-suite and function leaders at Fortune 50 companies in technology, telecommunications and entertainment, focused on the front-office decisions that determine whether growth happens: product, pricing, channels, customer experience and sales motion.
Chris was an early adopter of AI and agentic tools inside client engagements, using them to deliver value faster and free his team’s time to focus on harder problems. He also leads Studio+ proprietary research. He co-authored the EY Defending Revenue analysis of 125 Fortune 500 companies and wrote the EY Revenue Exposure and Drift Model, which gives clients a data-driven read on their front office, revenue, margin and growth positions.
Chris holds a master’s degree in Management from the UCD Michael Smurfit Business School, Dublin.
How Chris is shaping the future with confidence
For Chris, growth comes down to three things working together: strategy, customer and execution. Strategy creates value only when customers respond to it and operators can deliver on it. He works with leaders to align those pieces so growth ambitions show up as real revenue, not plans nobody acts on.
He pushes clients to start with the customer outcome they want and the growth target they’re chasing, then works back through the commercial, product and operating decisions that get them there. Clear intent, an honest read on the customer, the discipline to ship — that’s how Chris helps clients shape confident futures and unlock new value from the products and services they already have, as well as the ones they’re building.
