His extensive knowledge and experience in the front-office span numerous disciplines, including strategy, experience design, marketing, sales and service operations, across B2B and B2C sectors and markets.

Duncan holds a degree in Executive Management from London Business School and a degree in Engineering & Management from Highbury College, UK.
