Heith Rothman

Heith has over 20 years of experience helping client executives to successfully execute major strategic projects and transformational programs. He is a principal in the EY-Parthenon Strategy and Transactions practice in Houston, Texas, and serves as the EY-Parthenon Houston and Austin Office Leader.

Heith has advised clients on M&A transactions ranging from $100m to $70b, focusing on operating model design, synergy realization, finance functional planning, organization design, integration/divestiture management and cross-border transactions. He has led many cross-border transactions, with experience in North and South America, Europe, and Asia. He has significant experience in the energy, life sciences, chemicals and high-tech sectors.

Prior to joining Ernst & Young LLP, he led the Strategy and Operations group for a $3b energy services company where he was responsible for all M&A activity and strategic projects.

Heith received a BA in Political Science from California State University and an MBA from Rice University.
