As Global Deputy Vice Chair of Consulting, Hyong is responsible for transforming and leading EY Global Consulting, which has over 130,000 professionals. He has led the transformation of the EY organization's global consulting practice through innovation, digital technology and workforce strategies to build tomorrow's leaders. As part of this, he has evolved Consulting to better align with clients’ business needs.
Hyong has also been the interim Global Technology Consulting leader for the past two years. During this time, he developed and is leading the execution of the new Technology Consulting strategy, anchored on account leadership and orchestration of technology ecosystems across sectors and solution platforms.
Hyong has over 30 years of professional services experience leading large-scale business transformations with technology, analytics and data solutions, with a human-centered approach.
He earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech University and MS in Information Systems from George Mason University.
