Experienced professional in transaction tax, divestiture advisory services, and bankruptcy and restructuring. Avid supporter of women founders.

Jennifer has nearly 20 years of experience serving as an advisor to EY clients on transaction tax, bankruptcy and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buy-outs, cross-border transactions, post-acquisition integration and in leading due diligence investigations.

She also serves as Consulting Partner of our EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women™ program in North America. The competition and evergreen executive education program identifies a select group of high-potential women founders and supports them as they grow their businesses.

Jennifer received a BS in Accounting & Management from Lehigh University and an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
