As the global spokesperson on innovation and technology disruption, Joe advocates for trusted AI, applied innovation, AI-ready data, next frontier tech (including quantum) and “innovation muscle” to help empower our people and clients to unlock value.
Joe has received numerous industry honors, including being #1 on Technori’s 2025 “Top 10 Innovation Leaders to Follow” list, recognized among World Summit AI Top 50 Data and AI Leaders, and Fast Company’s “World Changing Ideas.”
Previously, Joe was the inaugural Chief Data and AI Officer for an academic medical center. He was also a senior managing director and member on the global leadership team at another professional services firm leading Data & AI, overseeing board-level initiatives across industries.

In previous roles, he worked to apply large language models (LLMs) that integrated with health research into clinical care and has served as a board member and advocate for organizations advancing precision medicine and childhood cancer research.
