Joel focuses on delivering asset, facility and property management strategies and services related to transactions, separations, integrations and transformations. 

During Joel’s career, he managed and operated portfolios utilizing various operating models (self-perform, outsourced, hybrid) to deliver value, enable efficiencies and create exceptional workplace experiences. He has led and executed cost reduction initiatives; developed operating strategies, including facilities management (FM) delivery of services — maintenance, optimization, service level agreements; and strategic sourcing efforts.

Joel’s technical experience helps corporate real estate clients in the areas of FM strategy development and implementation, risk and compliance, standing up facility management organizations, benchmarking, business continuity, transitions and transformations.

Prior to joining the firm, he was with a large real estate provider’s Corporate Solutions practice and managed and operated global real estate portfolios across various asset types, including office, retail, research and development, and industrial. 

Joel has a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Chico.
