Johanna serves as the EY Americas Consulting Business Transformation Leader and Customer and Growth TMT leader. She is focused on providing the engine for clients’ business transformation through imagining, designing, leading and delivering end-to-end transformations.

Prior to joining the firm, Johanna spent more than 20 years in leadership, helping organizations drive business growth through innovation, digital and customer experience transformation. She was most recently the Chief Sales Officer and Head of Sectors, and prior to that spent more than 20 years advising firms across industries, including tech, media and entertainment, health and financial services.

Johanna prides herself on building and developing high-performing, multicultural teams and inspiring collaboration and excellence to drive high impact for clients.

Johanna has dual degrees from EDHEC Business School in France and the London School of Economics.
