Justin is a partner at Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) leading transformational efforts across the US firm. He focuses on driving market expansion campaigns in high-priority businesses, the development of AI applications across the EY Alliance Ecosystem and serving accounts in the Health sector.
Before re-joining EY US, Justin was the Chief Administrative Officer with a revenue cycle management firm. He was responsible for the development and execution of back-office functions, including IT, HR, sales, strategy, procurement, real estate and consulting solutions.
His previous EY positions include a variety of leadership roles, most recently EY Global US Tax Reform Leader, in which he focused on helping clients navigate the complexities of US tax policy changes after the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. Justin also served as an account leader, was the national leader for the Affordable Care Act middle-market EY service offering, and led campus recruiting efforts at his alma mater, the University of Cincinnati.
