She is passionate about transformation, sustainability, value realization and innovation. As an influential thought leader, she has led multiple high-performance teams and provided innovative transformational solutions.
Prior to joining the EY organization, Kamini held leadership roles in consulting and industry and has worked across retail, energy, banking and pharmaceutical sector in Europe.
Kamini holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Bangalore and a bachelor’s in Computer Science. She is based in London (UK), where she lives with her husband and three children.
