Kaushik is a principal in Ernst & Young LLP’s San Francisco office and is the EY Americas Health Technology Leader. In this role, he leads the EY technology consulting business for health care clients across the Americas. A 25-year enterprise technology and services executive, he has a track record of growing successful businesses in the information technology, health care, software and services industries.
Kaushik was a key member of the executive management team of a Fortune 200 IT services company. During his 16-year tenure, he built practices and business units that contributed to that firm’s industry-leading growth.
He also was co-founder and CEO of a company that developed an artificial intelligence platform to prevent health care claims denials. Kaushik started his career with a leading management consulting firm.

Kaushik holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Virginia and a PhD from Cornell University, all in Electrical Engineering.
