As the EY Americas Employment Tax Advisory Services (ETAS) leader, Kristie leads an EY team that is dedicated to helping clients solve complex employment tax issues, maximizing the benefits of technology and deploying the right strategy to unlock the value that exists in the payroll and HR functions. 

By providing thought leadership, a holistic perspective and operating at the intersection of people, process and technology, Kristie is able to deliver sustainable results for EY clients.   

Kristie has over 23 years of public accounting tax experience. She has served start-ups, mid-market and large, global clients across a number of industries including financial services, technology, consumer products, retail and energy.

Kristie is an Enrolled Agent with the Internal Revenue Service and a Certified Payroll Professional. She is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well as a graduate of the Harvard University Leadership Program.
