Laura Sciuto

As a senior manager in Ernst & Young LLP’s People Advisory Services, Laura brings proven experience across multiple dimensions of human capital consulting. In particular, she brings extensive delivery knowledge related to large-scale, technology-enabled transformations with a keen focus on the change management these programs require, including engagement of internal and external stakeholders, development of training programs and target operating model design and rollout. Laura has also worked with organizations on talent transitions and change management for transactions, developed and implemented talent management programs and career-pathing structures, and designed and deployed operating models and organizational designs across customer operations, finance, IT, cybersecurity, digital products, operations and more.

Laura received her BA from the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA from the Wharton School of Business.
