Leigh is a partner at Ernst & Young LLP and serves as the National Director for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit Services (WOTC) practice. The EY WOTC practice is part of the Indirect Tax Workforce Services vertical that also comprises Affordable Care Act services, Employment Tax services and Talent Operate.

In her capacity as WOTC Practice Leader, Leigh is responsible for the overall execution and delivery of the WOTC benefits that our clients ultimately secure — from client implementations and account management to final credit calculations for federal return filings. Leigh assists with the oversight of a team 100-plus strong located across the country with a variety of backgrounds.

Leigh has 20 years of public accounting tax experience. She holds a BBA in Accounting and a Masters of Taxation from Baylor University. She is a CPA and a member of the AICPA, as well as the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
