Mark leads the EY-Parthenon Energy sector value creation team. With over 25 years of energy consulting experience, Mark has focused on supporting capital-intensive industries, including power and utilities, as well as upstream and oilfield services segments of the oil and gas value chain. He works with various energy clients to: 

  • Develop market entry/expansion strategies for management teams, including market analysis, competitor analysis and capability analysis
  • Drive execution of transformation initiatives in support of strategic imperatives, including:
    • Operating model design and implementation, including process, technology, organization, performance management and governance structures
    • Tactical interventions to enhance EBITDA, including G&A and operations cost takeout and operational efficiency improvements

Mark has an MBA from Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business, an MA from the University of Saskatchewan and an Hons BA from the University of Western Ontario.
