Sharon has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry focused on strategic advice relating to M&A, capital raising, balance sheet issues and bank regulatory matters. Sharon has worked extensively on M&A, franchise competitiveness, capital structure and optimization, equity, debt and preferred capital raising and capital markets financing.

Previously, she was Managing Director and Head of the Financial Services Investment Banking Practice for the Americas for Deloitte where she oversaw investment banking services for banks, specialty finance and asset management companies.

She received a BBA in Finance from Hofstra University and an MBA from New York University, Stern School of Business.

Sharon holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 79 licenses.
