Todd is the EY Americas Cyber AI and Vulnerability Management Leader within the Cybersecurity Consulting practice, focusing on threat and vulnerability management, cyber AI and cyber defense.

He leads the design and implementation of agentic AI solutions to enhance vulnerability management and security operations center (SOC) performance, including autonomous triaging and remediation. He also advises clients on securing AI and strengthening AI-driven cybersecurity.

Todd has developed risk-driven responsible AI use cases and operating models, aligning AI adoption with governance, controls and business risk. He also created AI-driven vulnerability prioritization processes using threat intelligence and attack path analysis to assess risk and exploitability.

Todd has built and scaled cybersecurity programs across people, process, technology and governance, and led SOC builds and operations for Fortune 50, 100 and 500 organizations.
