Tommaso is an AI strategist within EY Consulting, leading AI market activation across Americas Consulting and supporting the Office of the Consulting CTO and Global Consulting AI Leader. His work spans product development, technology partnerships, AI upskilling for 120,000 consultants globally and enterprise AI adoption training for more than 1,000 clients.
Having joined Ernst & Young LLP as one of its early generative AI developers, Tommaso has since evolved into a strategic role that bridges technical innovation and business transformation. Previously, he worked at a machine learning startup focused on advertising technology, where he built experience in AI-enabled products and commercial strategy. He also pursued further studies in data science at the USC Marshall School of Business.
Tommaso holds a degree in Economics and Psychology from Duke University and brings an international perspective to his work, shaped in part by his roots in Milan.
