Vincent is an experienced leader in front-to-back transformation of banks.

He has worked with the C-suite executives of the largest global banks to help them reshape their businesses and operate better, faster, cheaper, safer and more sustainably. With over 15 years of experience in the sector, he specifically focuses on transformation of commercial banking, covering commercial lending and trade and working capital finance.

He has over 15 years of experience in transformation, including launching new products and channels, re-engineering operating models, and improving the efficiency of processes. This has helped future-proof some of the world’s biggest financial institutions and improve customer and business outcomes.

Vincent holds degrees in Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Industrial Engineering from University College London and Eindhoven University of Technology.
