As the EY North America TMT Business Transformation and Innovation Leader and TMT Global Trade Solution Leader, Amit helps clients with value creation and business transformation by defining clear strategy and capabilities required and enables operationalization with digital technologies and change management.
In his role, Amit has advised and facilitated global transformation programs for TMT clients in the US, Middle East, Europe, Australia and New Zealand and South-East Asia.
These programs have demonstrated improvements in EBITA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization) growth and market capitalization.
Prior to joining EY, Amit held various global positions in large consulting and technology firms. He has also been a co-founder and investor in technology start-ups and has over 19 years of consulting experience.
Amit earned his BCom from Delhi University and is also a certified chartered accountant.
