Bryon is a Principal in the Tax Policy and Controversy practice of EY. He focuses on helping clients resolve complex tax issues in audits, appeals and other administrative proceedings, with an emphasis on transfer pricing and other global tax issues.
Prior to joining EY, Bryon was tax counsel for two multi-national technology companies, where he managed global tax controversies and transfer pricing matters. Bryon had lead responsibility for the trial team that won a groundbreaking transfer pricing decision in Amazon.com v. Commissioner, 148 T.C. 8 (2017).
After earning his law degree, Bryon worked in the tax department of a large international law firm, where he focused on tax controversies and litigation.
