Darko leads the Digital Law team for financial services clients in Switzerland and is based in Zurich.
For over 10 years at EY, Darko has been advising clients in setting up various financial institutions. Accompanying them during license application procedures with various regulators/authorities as well as bringing the operating model to live. He also has been advising various companies regarding digitization, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, digital assets and token structuring, including interaction with regulators as well as M&A and legal/regulatory due diligence.
He is an Attorney-at-law and Notary Public, and has a law degree from the University of Zurich (UZH), a Certificate of Advanced Studies UZH in Financial Market Law, and a LLM UZH in International Banking and Finance Law.
