As Private Equity Value Creation Leader across EY EMEIA, Fred works with firms covering both pre-deal operational diligence and post-deal value creation projects. He also helps with the set-up and implementation of large and complex transformation programs.
Fred had experience in “hands-on” line management, mergers and acquisitions consulting and has worked for the incumbent portfolio team of an investment company. Prior to joining EY, Fred was the CEO for a global medical company with operations in Europe, Australia and North America.
Fred earned an MBA in Finance from Hawaii Pacific University and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Institute of Technology at Linköping University.
