Michele joined EY in 2020 as the Financial Services Law Leader, EY Advisory S.p.A. - Italy. He is experienced in legal and regulatory matters in the banking, financial, investment, funds formation and insurance fields and in extraordinary corporate transactions involving regulated entities.
Michele has prior experience working for a market leading financial services legal advisory boutique and leading Italian business law firm . In 2013, he co-led the creation of a financial services legal advisory firm with five others. Following this, Michele joined a leading international law firm in 2017 as a partner leading the Italian Financial Services department.
He graduated in Law at the State University of Parma in 2002 and was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2006.
