Once you’ve completed the assessment, our team will review your full application submission. We evaluate candidates holistically, considering various factors such as grades, skills, experiences, business needs and application responses. The assessment includes sections that help us understand your experiences, work style and approach to different situations based on examples from work, school, volunteer activities or extracurricular involvement. Preparation is not required for these sections, as they are designed to reflect your own experiences. For the timed portion of the assessment, you may opt to complete practice questions within the platform before beginning.
The assessment contains three sections. Two sections are untimed, and one section is timed. The entire assessment typically takes 45 to 60 minutes to complete.
The timed section is designed to assess how you analyze information and solve problems under time constraints. While candidates should aim to answer as many questions as possible, it is not uncommon to reach the end of the timed section before completing every question. Focus on working as quickly and accurately as you can throughout the assessment. If time runs out before you answer every question, the section will automatically end, and your assessment results will reflect the responses you completed.
The assessment includes standard integrity measures designed to support a fair and consistent experience for all candidates. Candidates should complete the assessment independently and avoid activities such as taking screenshots or switching between browsers, tabs, windows or devices during the assessment. Certain actions may trigger integrity notifications, and repeated violations may impact your ability to complete the assessment.
Candidates should complete all sections of the assessment independently. Using generative AI tools or other assistance is prohibited. This helps ensure a fair and consistent experience for all candidates.
