Here are some answers to frequently asked questions to help you learn more about what to expect.

No preparation is necessary. The assessment is designed to understand your preferences, skills and behaviors in certain settings including work, school, volunteer work or extracurricular activities.
While the assessment is not timed, most complete it in about 20 minutes. It is recommended you complete it in one sitting; however, you can pause and return — your progress will be saved.

No, you may only take the assessment once during the validity period. We encourage you to complete it thoughtfully the first time.
You can pause and return to the assessment — your progress will be saved.
Once you’ve completed the assessment our team will review your full application submission. We evaluate candidates holistically, considering various factors such as grades, skills, experiences, business needs, and application responses. A candidate's progression is not solely determined by their assessment score.
Your application will be reviewed by our Early Careers team.
The assessment is only offered in English.
Your existing assessment score will remain valid until December 31, 2025, and will apply towards all roles you apply for during this period.
