As the EY Americas Assurance Talent Leader, Becky Burke leads efforts to empower more than 20,000 Assurance professionals, and drives transformational change across the service line.  

A leader at Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) for over 20 years and a partner in the US audit practice, Becky enables teams to deploy EY digital audit technology. Her professional experience includes managing global audit engagements, including those with SEC filings and accounting areas such as restructuring and purchase accounting.

Becky previously served as the Iselin, New Jersey, Office Managing Partner. She was also a member of the EY US Northeast Diversity and Inclusiveness Council, where she worked to address gender and ethnicity matters to strengthen the culture of belonging.

She earned her BS in Accounting at Lehigh University, her MBA in Finance at New York University and is a certified public accountant in New York and New Jersey.
