As the EY Americas Vice Chair for Finance & Operations, Bill oversees financial and operational aspects of the EY organization in the Americas. He leads the teams responsible for execution of the strategic financial plan, management of daily operations and enablement of the firm.
Bill is passionate about evolving business and go-to-market strategy, increasing operational efficiency, maintaining a focus on quality, investing in technology of the future, and fostering a strong organizational culture. He brings forward-looking financial strategy and planning, business insight, deep understanding of organizational processes, and extensive experience running a P&L.
With over 30 years of experience, Bill has served in many EY leadership roles including EY Americas Deputy Vice Chair – Assurance, Houston Office Managing Partner and Presiding Partner of the Americas Partner Principal Council.
Bill is an advocate and executive sponsor for accessibility in the workplace.
He holds a BBA in Accounting from Baylor University.
